What should I do to prepare for my service?
For interior service, please keep pets in a separate room and clear under sinks and along baseboards. For exterior service, no preparation is needed. We will notify you 24 hours before every visit.

What happens after my service is complete?
You will receive a service summary by email and text detailing what was treated, products used, and any observations from your technician. Your invoice will arrive simultaneously with a one-tap payment link.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes — if pests return between scheduled visits, we come back for free. If you are not satisfied with your service, we will make it right.
